    @punanibuzzed The …
    @punanibuzzed The average price of water in U.S. homes is about $1.50 for 1,000 gallons. It’s so cheap that it’s almost free. Many restaurants provide free glasses of water. Don’t waste your money on expensive bottled water.

    If you’re not comfortable drinking water directly from the tap, then get a water filter. Consumer Reports states that the Clear2O CWS100A by Black & Decker ($30) is the best buy for pitchers. The Culligan FM-15A ($15) is the best buy for faucet-mounted filters.

    I am living proof …
    I am living proof that cutting out preservatives, sugar and white flour from one’s diet can dramatically improve health. I suffered from SEVERE allergic reactions for 2 1/2 years! I was getting dyshidrotic eczema breakouts on my hands and feet to a point where I was disabled 3 weeks out of every month. I was put on Cellcept, prednisone and corticosteroid injections, none of which helped. I took my health in to my own hands and I’m nearly cured of the eczema. Yes, I am also asthmatic.

    Don’t say that Tofurella shizz—it’s putrid!
