Right or Wrong…almost all deficiencies in our health as we get older are normal and we can do nothing about it?
Right or Wrong…all the nutrients we require can be found in our normal daily intake?
Our current food supply has two major problems:
· Around 61% of the population is overweight because we eat too much.
· The minimum amount of nutrients we need are not contained in the food we do eat.
Take Spinach for example.
Spinach had 158 milligrams of iron per hundred grams when you bought it in 1948.Spinach you bought in 1965 0nly had 27 milligrams. By 1973 it was averaging 2.2. It would mean eating 75 bowls of spinach to get the same iron content as you did in one bowl in1948. Cobalt is also necessary to process B12, which gives us healthy red blood cells. Most of the vegetables of today test zero for cobalt.
We have depleted the topsoil so much that the vegetables we grow in it can’t obtain the necessary vitamins and minerals we need for optimum health.
Typically our daily diet does not contain the necessary proteins, vitamins, and minerals to efficiently replace dying cells in our bodies. Continually falling short of these weakens our immune system.
Can you say for sure you are getting the 13 essential vitamins, 20 essential amino acids, and the 14 essential mineral’s that will ensure your good health daily?
Is your health being looked out for?
Consumer demands have been responded to by the food industry to meet our increasingly fast paced lifestyles. Of course these quickly prepared processed foods lack the proper nutrients for good health. Eliminating the totally fresh food part of our diet with high calorie low nutrient foods the can cause weight gain. Preferences have moved toward low cost, tasty, quick food.
The media promotes the highly processed food that is being offered. Due to a lack of training in our conventional education system this advertising overwhelms people and replaces good nutritional education.
Health responsibility seems to have become the province of work health schemes and and other health care organizations.
The food and medical lobby dominates Government support of public health, their agenda being one of sales and profits, not looking out for others illness prevention, and sensible nutritional intake.
Good health or bad health, which one will you pay for?
Taking control of your and your families health is easy. First ensure they get good nutrition and exercise. It’s very difficult to maintain a balanced diet today so perhaps investing part of your food budget in good supplements will help keep minimum recommended levels of vitamins and minerals up.
Nutrition…. all the health insurance you need!

Does this follow any known philosophical idea?
The self of each individual is the only true reality and is eternal.
Quantum Realism
The Core
1) Reality, in what is generally considered the physical, does not exist as an absolute.
2) What is generally considered (physical reality), is a manifestation of thought, will, emotion & the subconscious mind.
3) It is the combined energies of all people existing within the same plane that creates and maintains the physical illusion surrounding us all.
4) The living begin with the foundation & illusion created by those who came before, called the Base Illusion.
5) The Base Illusion is reality for everyone until the truth is discovered.
6) Thought is real and separate from any false physical matter, including the brain.
7) Upon physical death, which itself is an illusion, the essence of the individual creates a new reality, another physical reality illusion, and awakens in the new illusion which looks, feels, smells & taste just as real as the previous.
Living Well
1)The thoughts and emotional sate of the individual help to form the physical illusion around that individual.
2)The combined thoughts and emotional states of all individuals form the world.
3)Thinking good thoughts and felling good is a matter of choice.
4)Choosing the think and feel good will change the illusion of reality around the individual, which in turn will reinforce the good thoughts and feels, perpetuating a positive life experience.
5)Negative thoughts and feelings will lead to a manifestation of negative physical illusions such as, lost job, negative health, depression, etc.
After Life
1)Upon the illusion of physical death, the mind creates a new reality based on what it knows.
2)The mind does not know the difference between, waking life, dreams & fantasies. In truth there are no differences. Each is just as real on its own plane.
3)The newly created after life will be a compilation of all three.
4)This makes dreams and fantasies an important component to existence, and may explain why we dream.

Buddhism, The Secret, satanism, almost all the "head trip" philosophy agree with your ideas. You are spouting what is known as the zietgeist, the most popular ideas of the current era.
Everything on TV and movies is driving you (and everyone else) towards these ideas.

Hello,
Many of your arguments are clearly not accurate. Please see if you can find them. If I told you, you would hold to your investment in the false ideas. Here is a hint: 4
It follows the mechanism of brainwashing, but not philosophy.
Learn to question everything that someone is trying to sell you.
Thank you for your question.
