Thank you for sharing Matthew. I’ve also got an addictive personality and since switching to raw, I’ve been going through a sort of emotional detox .. no longer using food to numb my feelings .. so I am working with my feelings and bringing more awareness into my life.

Thank you for making these videos! I’ve had some of these experiences. Overeating, drug use, etc. I also struggle with depression, ednos, self injury and things like that. i just recently decided to transition into raw foods. Your videos make so much sense and have clearned up things. Epsecially with meat/dairy substitutes and craving carbs.
