I fail to see how …
I fail to see how ascension plays into the picture of having good health, etc…but as for the overall lesson I understand. I used to live in a rural area when I was a kid and we used to grow our own food, the food in the city compared to that which I foremost consumed tastes has a crummy taste. I was not much for the love of plants and all that, but I knew what to do when it came to taking care of them.
Still, mass production of food is necessary and should be improved upon.

the best way to grow your own gardenis to plant your seeds and let mother nature do the rest only water or fertilize it when it needs it. its better to make a compost pile. what you put into it you will get back out of it

A nice reminder about being careful about what you eat and being conscious of what goes into it. Veggies from the garden taste so much better. They also feel better and look more alive. Meals prepared with love are also much better as is eating with love and sharing a meal.

I fail to see how it is a compliment or a thing to wish someone. is this referance to an inner light? The light I know is simply the holographic construct of all that is ie at different vibrations
