Don’t forget, xylitol is lethal to dogs!! One TINY piece of gum or candy can kill them. If ingested, get your pet to throw up by giving them 1 tsp. of 3% hydrogen peroxide per 10 lbs of weight. Or rush them to the vet before 30 minutes. They’ll do the same.

Xylitol is a great …
Xylitol is a great sugar substitute BUT! You MUST introduce it slowly because it will cause severe cramping, wind & diarrhea. I’m speaking from experience!! I’m also lactose intolerant & the symptoms from Xylitol is identical to that. After 3 weeks your body will have built up a tolerance to it & you should then be able to use over 40g per day.

Zapp gum is good, and makes your mouth cool w/o aspartame.
I used to eat the Ice Cubes gum, but the aspartame gave me headaches.
