    Uh, 1 out of 20 people get calcium oxalate stones, and it’s NOT because they’re eating too much rhubarb! Or beets! Or soy! Get real. Watch out for colas, teas, chocolate and meats.

    Oh good, i drink plenty of water anyway. Whats weird is wiki says you can get them by too much fluoride, well thats good as water here has fluoride in it.
