    i had a raw oganic raisin, apple fibers (from homemade juice), and frozen durian to make a raw pie for breakfast. the apple fibers and raisins were the crusts and the blended durian was the filling it was suprizingly yummy

    It ain’t bad, just add maple syrup if it ain’t sweet enough. I can’t find figs anywhere. Sweet potatoes pack a lot of quality calories that will feed your muscles, oatmeal is the poor man’s complex carb and barley is a superfiber. Hemp oil well, we already learned what it is from your videos! (LOL) ha ha

    Egg whites; salad w/ tomatoes, onions, garlic, cucumber, lime juice, pinch of salt, olive oil; cup of coffee. Sometimes with wheat bread and cottage cheese. Yum yum!

    I interpret health …
    I interpret health in two forms: what you eat, and what you do. Its easy to tell someone, “eat healthy”, but most dont realize that overall health is determining your food consciousness and your exercise habits. So go on and tell them what they need to hear, ” eat healthy so you can live healthy”. It brings on a new mentality when focusing on health.
    When you tell people what to eat, perhaps try telling them where they can use all that healthy energy!
