In 6+ million yrs of human existence, proven by our dug up remains, we doubtlessly weren’t always the freaks of nature we are today, being the only species that cooks. Then we’ve become dislodged from nature’s circadian rhythms (day/night cycle) by those “synthetic lights” we tend to slip into a sleep deprived state without noticing, or chalk it up as a “cost of living”–”the good life”?     It could mean your digestive “machinery” is always running, so U R not giving your body periodic restorative breaks it needs. Cuz digestion goes on internally we tend not 2 notice all the work being done way in there. Then I believe we’re overfed but undernourished. In ways we don’t know hunger, since that feeling usually registers from the gaping openness of our stomach stretched open by the last meal. So go 4 nutrient density & caloric restriction, then attune 2 body’s needs in each moment

    Nothing bud nothing, if that’s how you want to live do what makes you happy, my point being we are conditioned to eat a set times, and our body’s get used to eating at those times, i was just saying you do not have to eat what the shops sell you, you have a choice what you want to eat

    I eat at least 5 …
    I eat at least 5 times a day and feel hungry before eating. But if I go 3 days without eating I will stop being hungry. Hunger is triggered by your habits well a lot of what is hunger is not all I’ll admit. So whats wrong with me eating 5-7 times a day (usually 5 times).

    this woman talks about the right kinds of foods to eat and whether they have been forced feed or been given extra toxins put into them by the growers /farmers ,easy for her to say she probably does not have a family of 5 to feed and collect from school and have dinner on the table for people im sure would make the right choices if they were given them but sometimes whats suggested is not always practical for most people easy to say less easy to do we could all eat better if given the chance to !

    No one ever makes a video for people who want to put ON WEIGHT its always the other way round people eat because that’s what there used to ,i go without food for 1-2 days a week regularly but don’t walk around saying im starving, like wise others miss 1 meal and think the worlds gonna end and there starving to death ,the answer is simple eat because your hungry not cos you have too,and hungry don’t mean cos you want it you gotta have it!!
    there is no need to eat 3-4 times a day!!!

    on a canadian new …
    on a canadian new network CBC, they said that eating organic has no more nutrients then if you would eat reg fruits and veggies. they also said that eating reg fruits and veggies is not harmfull and its totally safe. please comment? i was so mad when they said this beacuse i know that they were taking advice from one side. they know they would advertisers up there ass. they did not say, which i think they should have that eating the fruit/veggie everyday can cause problems.
