    exactly. i remember going to the skin doctor, having HORRIBLY oily skin that clogged my pores within hours. I asked if there were any supplements or foods i should avoid and he literally laughed and said its a “medical condition” thats causing it. Long story short, i stopped drinking pop, sugars…etc and ate healthy. My skin feels great now. Lame doctors.

    As a former athletic trainer for a college sports program, I had the worst time trying to get the athletes to believe me when I told them this, because they had been SOOO brainwashed that ‘carbs’ are BAD, and they needed tons of protein instead… of course they also did not beleive me when I then told them excess protein gets converted to calories anyway…
