what do I know about nutrition?
well I know just about the basics, and I am not saying that all of what I am about to tell you will be true, but drinking a lot of water, is very good for you, cold water actually, because it flushes out your system and burns calories because your body is trying to make you warmer. following the food guide pyramid is very healthy, I know by persanol experience, that I felt very healthy because I ate all that it said to eat and I had a lot of energy and felt good and happy. as for energy, healthy energy, it is good to just eat fruit in the morning, its the best way that I can think of that will make you energized

Most if not all "facts" spouted off by fitness instructors on TV is crap. You CANNOT spot remove fat from your waist. You CANNOT get 6 pack abs by doing strength training without cardio to lose the fat. These people take your money and insult your intelligence. Do not fall victim to the rising problem called stupidity.
