    how do u eat so little?! i think i would faint during the day lol one thing i wanted to try was eating more natural foods that come from the earth and less processed foods which is hard because i love snacking! goodjob on being vegetarian!!

    beans have a lot of …
    beans have a lot of protein (i get cans come costco and they average for about 50cents a can and the can with vegatables is a good dinner for two)
    nuts have a lot of protein too (peanut butter is cheap)
    whole grains also have protein
    Lentils have TONS of protein, next is black beans, and then kidney beans, and finally pinto
    also so do soy products
    even things like potatoes (very cheap), and broccoli have protein.

    you might have a other problem that cause your body to gain weight you should explian that to your doctor i know there are a few disorders with with symptom. also it may just be genetics?

    Ive ate healthy my whole life, and i dont over eat. and dont eat out mostly veg. and fruits. and soups.. but im still over weight, so what can i do? ive tryed everything and nothing helps.

    There is no way to eat healthy in this country if you don’t cook the food yourself. Literally everything found in stores is made of genetically modified ingredients. Think sugar is bad? Aspartame is bad, (high fructose) corn syrup is bad. Niacin, enriched XYZ is bad, Mono-sodium glutamate (MSG) is bad, soy-based food is bad. The food industry is about profit not about health. It’s about more, bigger and cheaper products. Do some research on the risks of the ingredients you are consuming daily.

    I know, cow milk is just like drinking empty calories. We cannot absorb the calcium in the milk. Unfortunately, I still drink it, but not often. I love lentil soup! MMMM now I’m hungry..

    It’s actually not natural for our human bodies to drink cow’s milk. It’s not good for you. On the other hand it IS good for toddlers to drink whole milk because they need the fat.

    im 5″3 n 98 pounds..i eat a lot but dont gain alot of weight which is weird n kinda good for me so i dont get fat lol
