I only buy water if …
I only buy water if im heading to the gym, Evian has a PH of 7.8, Tap water is perfectly safe to drink though, I always fill up my bottle with tap water from the kitchen, and its PH is between 5.5 and 9.5, so its still good enough to drink.

    What’s the deal …
What’s the deal with suggesting people buy bottled water? WHAT A WASTE! Just drink plain ol’ water. If you insist on filtered water, buy it for $.25/gallon at your grocery store. Individual bottles of water cost you more per gallon (and cost the environment in excess plastic) than gas!

    Most of Europe as …
Most of Europe as well. I only buy water if I’m out and about and can’t get cold water from a tap somewhere. I also save the bottles and fill them up, put them in the fridge and take them with me if I can. I actually heard that tap water has lots of minerals and stuff, more than a lot of bottled waters.

    If you are drinking …
If you are drinking regular tea, which actually has tea leaves, then you have cafein in it, so it’s like coffee. Herbal tea should be okay.

    Don’t buy bottled …
Don’t buy bottled water. Bottled water is a waste of money, bad for the environment, not any healthier, and may be contaminated. The US has excellent tap water. Use a filter if you need it.

yeah, well too much of anything is not good. you need to get about half your body weight in ounces in water. Make since? Example, if you weigh 200 pounds you will need 100 ounces of water a day…hope it helps

    blatant …
    blatant misinformation.
Drinking water dilutes the impurities that the kidneys have to filter out so they work LESS.

I heard that drinking too much water is not good for the kidney because it will have to work too much. What do you think about this ?

    I’d love to see a …
I’d love to see a video here about fluoride and why so many people are opposed to it being in our water supply. After all its naturally found in some fruit and we, well most of us here lol, use it everyday to brush our teeth. Is it there’s too much or.. what exactly? *shrug*
Also isn’t filtered tap water better for the environment and more cost effective…?

Just curious.. thanks a lot! Love the videos!!! :D

    Unfortunately no, …
Unfortunately no, it actually concentrates it. So even if you filter and boil water it won’t get rid of the fluoride. Distillation and reverse osmosis are the best ways to get rid of it.

    i refrain from ‘ …
i refrain from ‘disaster’ and use ‘natural occurrence’ . To say ‘wrong’ is akin to saying “evil” which is subjective and nearsighted ,like it shouldn’t exist . If we have a good understanding of what is provided by nature and why ,we should understand our place in a large picture. Hemlock , ‘disasters, etc all have a place. Hope i’m not talking over heads here.

    Im not argueing …
Im not argueing your distilled water point- I actually agree about that. I’m saying mother nature can be a real bitch- ask anybody who has been in a natural disaster. Hemlock was merely one citation; There are many other ‘natural’ things that are not good for the human body one iota. But I absolutley agree about the distilled water tid-bit. It is devoid of minerals, and other micronutrients:D

    not sure how you …
not sure how you are making the connection . hemlock has its place and uses . to say nature is ‘wrong ‘ to produce things humans don’t understand is hubris at best. Distilled water is alright but probably not as a main source of water as it is void of anything but hydrogen and oxygen .
