    @jcap623 We are no …
    @jcap623 We are no longer evolving to cope with food, due to health care, and a plentiful supply of food, nobody is dying, we are no longer under the influence of natural selection. We can only evolve if people die for X reason before they are able to reproduce.

    I cannot agree more …
    I cannot agree more with your video. People today think that they can solve all problems with a pill when in reality its about mind, proper exercise (CROSSFIT), and of course diet. Honestly our metabolism adjust to what we eat but as far as pesticides and antibiotics goes….it’s just another good example of how businesses will cut corners in order to make money (all while not giving a darn about the buyer).

    Great video. I just started Paleo a month ago and have already shed lots of weight and feel amazing. Feels so good to wake up from the BS that I have been told all my life about diet.

    @jcap623 if you are willing to sacrifice your own health to make a small contribution to the evolution of the species to cope with the new food, then you go girl. The species salutes your selflessness.

    haha awesome video, …
    haha awesome video, I do have to disagree about the milk part though. But other than that it would seem the rest is common sense. It is amazing more people dont think like this. Pharm. companies spend 5 bil dollars on advertising and in return america gives with over 20 billion back. A real no brainer on their part.

    @spellwing777 they …
    @spellwing777 they were around, but we didn’t eat them much at all. farming enables us to eat them in volumes to which we are unaccustomed.

    Why cant we eat …
    Why cant we eat potatoes and grains? Potatoes did exist back then, even if they werent farmend, as well as grains. Corn may not have looked the same today as it did back then, but it was available for eating. If we were to eat the original version of, say, corn (not the alterd version of today) would that be fine?

    @iyabodeo Organic …
    @iyabodeo Organic farming is good. Free range livestock, natural fertilizers etc. are all good things. The video is suggesting that commercial farms which try to grow as much as possible as quickly as possible in as little space as possible are the problem.

    if I may, …

    @iyabodeo
    if I may, organic farming is fine as long as it adds value and does not deplete the soil. I believe sweet potatoes are considered the best of the starchy tubers, but too much starch will cause fat storage, just like sugar.

    @iyabodeo the video …
    @iyabodeo the video isn’t saying organic farming is negative, it’s saying it’s good, provided the things that are being farmed have been in our diet for long enough for us to have evolved to tolerate it.

    I …

    @paynowlivelater
    I pretty much agree with your video. I have some questions though. Most other advances in human technology (mostly medical) has benefitted us. I’m wondering why organci farming would be negative. Since nothing new has been created. Its just an organised way of farming what was already coming from the ground without having to travel a long way to gather them. Including fruits etc. My main question is why are vegetables like potatoes on that list? I love sweet potatoes!

    @sspetrou102 I …
    @sspetrou102 I understand what you are saying. But the main argument I have heard against cow’s milk is that cows have 4 stomachs (Goats have one). This means a calf has 4 stomachs to process its own mother’s milk and once its weaned its eating grass. We only have the one stomach which is why a lot of humans suffer intolerance with cow milk as we just don’t have the “stomachs” for it.

    Hey that was a nice …
    Hey that was a nice little video,very clever story told,and very true.With regards to the milk,STRICT paleo would not allow this as prehistoric humans did not herd cows for their milk,they had it provided to them by their mothers,and once breast milk had played its role in nurturing infants for about 3 years,It was no longer necessary nor desirable to consume any more,let alone a different species milk!Prehistoric man provided all his nutrients from then on with the foods that made up their diet

    @Animanga25 no, they won’t ruin it at all – just do the best you can. something is always better than nothing! Removing the processed stuff is a massive step in teh right direction.
