i cook with it and even use it instead of butter on my toast. make sure you get virgin organic cold pressed coco oil from a health food store . unrefined is best. and yes- im telling u its amazing for acne. ive tried EVERYTHING including doctor prescribed medications for years, antibiotics, everything. the day i started washing with just water and using coco oil saved my face!! give it at least 2 weeks to work. u might see white heads the next morning but i swear its just the skin detoxing.

thank you for posting this. i am convinced that coconut and virgin cold pressed coconut oil is the miracle cure for everything due to my own experiences. it cured my ongoing yeast infection AND severe acne, both annoying conditions, in only 2 weeks! i was weary at first for acne- oil on pimples…(but it was magic) my skin is glowing. and i now use it to cook with and its delicious. my hair is growing faster. i put it on burns, to shave my legs, in my hair, anything. its a miracle. !!

@Lioness9885 Those …
@Lioness9885 Those items which go bad usually do-not smell-correct, so call the place where it was purchased, for the purpose of getting an expert opinion. The people which sold the stuff might be willing to smell and taste the material, so as to protect the reputation of their product. That reason for calling before you go to the place, is to find a knowledgeable person, while also avoiding the accusation of theft.

Buy COLD PRESSED, not expeller pressed. I have been using coconut oil and creams for the past year for health benefits. It really is a healthy choice. I buy mine at tropical traditions. I like theirs best.
