    Hmmm…I don’t …
    Hmmm…I don’t really remember the part about the cafeteria food. But I remember when his girlfriend was freaking out and said he’d have to quit the experiment if his “eyes start[ed] turning yellow”. And when he puked after eating a supersize fry (in Texas i believe it was). somehow that movie didn’t really gross me out enough to stop eating at Mickey D’s, but i never ate there that often before anyway. I’ve maybe gone from eating there twice a month to once every other month.

    I feel better then ever now that I’m exercising, I used to be really skinny and now I am a healthy weight and I couldn’t have done it with just food. But just because I was skinny didn’t mean my body was in good shape

    You were interesting until you mention the Guy ate 30 days(straight) every meal….medical reserach,lol.What would anyone expect eating 90 meals straight stuffing his face beyond his normal capacity?

    I’m of Italian decent and could live on home made pizza…would 90 meals of that be better?

    Main problem you dont mention is excersize.Playing in a park and not behind a digital screen!

    I know the point you are trying to make but you dont know how to make it,there are no silver bullets hun!

    Eating vegies, and fruit, and healthy food makes u a hippy, junk food is for the cool kids, thats why the lil ginger kids who pack a healthy lunch dont get laid until they r 40… Dont be a Hippy, ! ! !

    I never eat fast foo.d I will sit and watch my family members eat a whole chick fila meal, without a thought of picking up a french frie.

    Exercise is too good for you!
    You say you are not overweight,but are you in shape?
    If you don’t exercise then you aren’t going to be in shape!This is self-evident.
    Cardio exercise helps your heart and lungs,lifting weights builds muscle,etc.
    How is that a scam?Of course you will be hungry because your body is sweating and expending energy,that’s how the human body works!

    When are people …
    When are people going to learn that exercise is a scam created by the food and drug administration. I don’t exercise and i am not overweight because i eat right. It is not healty to get your heartrate at the levels that heath nuts tell you to get it at–its just not natural people. Don’t eat fat food, declare war on calories, and don’t exercise–complete scam. Exercise will only increase your appetite, so you’ll buy more food.

    This may or may not be applicable to you specifically, but the Univ of California’s video called: Sugar: The Bitter Truth might help. It’s 90 minutes long, but it explains why people can lower their fat intake and still gain weight.
