    depends on how finely the grains were ground up. you can probably find it both ways and if not, you can make it how you like yourself by grinding the grains finely with a coffee grinder.

    You should mention to avoid any breads with high fructose corn syrup. since 50% of products containing High fructose corn syrup are contaminated with mercury. Really!, google it!

    Their is a commercial in The Netherlands , it brown bread but it’s white so the kids think it’s white but it just brown bread that looks white , yeah right!

    Thank you for this video. I don’t actualy eat bread anymore and I have lost a lot of body fat in a short period of time, but at least I can give advice to other people what kind of bread to choose, and If I ever eat it again, now I know what to buy:) Thanx
