    I was born and …
I was born and raised as a vegan as I was allergic to dairy products. I swear by a vegan diet for perfect teeth and bones. I have all my own teeth and no cavities on a vegan diet. This video is 150% correct – I am living proof of that.

I am 40 years old and I really proud to say that the vegan diet has given me perfect teeth. I have all my own teeth and no cavities and that is from continuing to practice a vegan diet.

Michael Greger, MD; “Skinny Bitch,” by Rory freedman and Kim Barnouin. Anything by Dean Ornish, MD and Neal Barnard, MD; “Appetite for Profit,” by Michele Simon is good; if you need more books, let me know, I have tons. Dr. Andrew Weil hasn’t taken a stance against animal products yet but he says that Neal Barnard is the leading authority in medicine today. He is the founder of the Physician’s Committee for Responsible Medicine.

    High vegetable/ …
High vegetable/fruit consumption does help with weight loss – because most of those foods are water. People who consume large amounts of meat or carbohydrate rich foods (fruit, grains, etc) are at risk of obesity because their energy intake is greater than their energy output. The key to weight loss is creating a caloric deficit: be much more active, and don’t eat as much. You WILL lose weight; it just may take some time.

And E. coli is also found in human intestines. In some instances, the strains which cause vegetable recalls are due to human waste or groundwater contaminated by human waste being spread on crops. (Thank importation of foodstuffs from the third world for that.)

    Yes I heard about …
Yes I heard about the Eating Right Pyramid, but hey,the government cares about profits, it wud been interesting if former Vegan Presidential candidate Dennis Kucinich got to be President. but the world needs to have more honest care bout the environment and its causes, public health n the suffering of animals for food, clothing and entertainment that we don’t need. We also definately do not need animal to suffer for the sake of human medicine, solvents ect, Kucinich would have taken some steps.

    Exactly, as much of …
Exactly, as much of a fan am I of this video, it does not state clearly enough that milk and eggs also contain animal protein. Perhaps people will just assume they should only take meat out of their diets. Vegetarians consuming eggs and milk still consume harmful animal protein. A much clearer message is required.^^

    This video makes a …
This video makes a lot of references to “animal protein;” milk and eggs fall into that category. All animal products are detrimental to health. These should be completely avoided if possible, and replaced with healthful, whole food plant-based alternatives.

    I used to drink …
I used to drink Soya milk but I stopped it because I heard that Soya milk and Tofu and other types of processed Soya are harmful to our health, I still consume Soya of course, just not the soya milks and tofu, I wanna make my own soya milk in the future tho, but I dont wanna put my health on the backfoot from consuming processed soya and high gluten foods.

Why have I not got …
Why have I not got a responce on this question? From my research consuming Eggs and Milk also withdraw calcium from our bones, so the message here is to adopt a 100% plant based diet right? If this is the truth then why does this message basically only say eating meat causes this problem, only a picture of milk, but no mention of it gives me a clue that milk is harmful, if this video is called “The truth about nutrition” then why the reluctance to mention eggs and milk into the fray?

So eating beef, fish and poultry causes calcium to be lost from the bones? What about all the other Animal products like Milk and eggs ect? Is it all Animal products that cause this right?

    No everything does …
No everything does not cause cancer, that is one of the biggest lies ever,I dislike hearing that becuase it so blatanly false.
Organic raw fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds, are full of antioxidents, vitamins, enzymes, minerals, flavoniods, etc…that actually prevent cancer.

    That was so …
That was so beautiful. I believe in this so much as I grew up on soya milk, and now i am 40 years old. I have all my own teeth and not even a filling in my head. I totally appreciate eveything that is said in this video and I swear by it… I AM LIVING PROOF OF BEING A VEGAN IS THE BEST, HEALTHY DIET OF ALL, ESPECIALLY CONCERNING TEETH AND BONES.

    I don’t think thats …
I don’t think thats true, we do use potatoes to make fries and chips using allot of oil, too much oil makes us fat too and being fat can cause a range of cancers, but thats the oil not the potatoes, potatoes do contain fat, but not the amount that animal products contain, its unnatural for us to be consuming that much fat in one serving or meat or milk, at least eating veg doesnt drain our calcium from our body, this evidence is key to persuading the meat eating to end, and I hope u are too ;)

    Everything can give …
Everything can give us cancer, even the ground we stand on due to small, but measurable, radiation. I can’t find a proper translation for the word (it just says protein on the dictionary), but its called Äggviteämnen and can be found in ALL kinds of food and it causes cancer.
