    well, eggs have a lot of cholesterol in their both yolks and whiteys, lactic acid already are produced in your muscle tissues when you work out (and that’s what makes you feel “tired” / when you start to feel pain) – all leafy greens aren’t good; such as stinging netle promotes inflammation even when you touch it with your hand ( I ate some last night) anyway all food has their benefits and defects but this is a nice list of top ten food, you simply can’t avoid defects; reduce them to minimum
