Natalie counts down the 10 worst foods you could eat. Chances are if you eat an average American diet, you ate at least three of these today.
In a fast food nation, eating healthy food becomes difficult to do. Yet a poor diet contributes to low energy, obesity, stress, health problems and high medical bills.

A home made soup is such an easy and delicious thing to make. Why people buy in cans is beyond me. Canned foods taste like cardboard, IMO.

No problem…The …
No problem…The soups that taste the best are basically the one’s that have high sodium. I don’t really eat for pleasure that much, but I have to admit that soup without at least 20% of your daily sodium intake, taste pretty bland and nersty. You’re gonna have to go to a health food supermarket to get some with less mgs of salt! I’m not sure i understand what you mean by bag from.

Fish is a better …
Fish is a better nutrient source and a much less dangerous protein source than milk. Fish does not contain casein- which is the cancer promoter [used for glue products] that milk does. However, you still should not eat too much fish do to the acidity of animal protein. I eat fish about once a week. As far as mercury, you must remember that mercury in water is a HUMAN ERROR, not mother nature’s. If you eat low-mercury fish no more than 2x a week you’re fine. Animal protein is a larger concern

It is true that raw …
It is true that raw, grass fed, organic milk is “healthier” due to its denser amount of nutrients and its unhomogenized state. However, it still has the same amount of animal protein, which is so easily overdosed nowadays. I am glad you brought up CLA. The way scientist do studies like this is they extract the miniscule amount of CLA in milk and THEN test the CLA, rather than testing milk itself. They do the same thing with calcium. They don’t include animal protein- completely different results

Funny you mentioned …
Funny you mentioned Norway. From my knowledge [coming from fairly recent books I have read and internet sites and even youtube videos that I've seen], Osteoporosis is even higher in Denmark, Norway, and Sweden due to high milk protein intake. Would you like me to explain some of the science involved with animal protein’s involvement with bone disease?
