When you eat food you are eating information. The healthy expression of our DNA requires consuming healthy DNA found in natural whole foods. Fast food is usually altered information that our genetic code has never dealt with so it does not express itself well.

fast food is bad …
fast food is bad because of all the chemicals put to it to preserve it as long as possible, add oils and trans fats that are unneeded in a persons diet, and beacause of the amount of prossecing it goes through to get to your plate.

If you eat it because it tastes good, thats one thing, but if you’re aiming for the health benefits fruit and vegetables will ALWAYS be better. As she pointed out in the conclusion: chocolate is NOT a health food.

Another reason why fast food is bad for you is because it doesn’t require you to make it.
You don’t get in touch with the actual process of slicing, cooking and serving. In my experience, this is the part of the meal that causes you to appreciate and enjoy it as you should.

lets be honest though. i cant sspeak for all kids and forgive me if i am wrong this is just a guess. most kids dont like most of those foods when they first have them (although i loved bananas) again i may be wrong but thats how i was

every day i eat at …
every day i eat at least one of my meals as a only fruit meal (usually breakfast).
for example in one meal i’ll typically eat:
4-5 bananas
4-5 pears or apples
1 entire small watermelon
and this quantity leaves me very full but one of your “cheap” fast food meals costs more then:
10 bananas
20 apples
20 pears
2 large watermelons
etc
you are living a monkey-see-monkey-do lifestyle and its obvious that you are over 4 university years away from being a registered dietitian.

examples:
bananas, watermelons, apples, mandarines, oranges, strawberries, blueberries, peaches, pears, plums, prunes, dates, figs, mangos, etc, etc, etc
all the foods i listed are healthy
all the foods i listed are fast because all of them require:
no cooking
no heating
no washing dishes
no traveling to a fast food restaurant
no waiting in line at a fast food restaurant

Fast food is bad …
Fast food is bad for you because the manner in which it is prepared strips the food of it’s nutrients and loads it up with “bad” fats, salt, additives, and sugar. So, when you’re eating fast food you’re getting lots of calories, but you’re not getting the nutirents that should come along with those calories. Essentially we are designed to enjoy food only so that we get proper nutrition through eating it, and fast food robs us of this.

First of all, fast …
First of all, fast food is processed. I read that the daily value of sugar is 40g. Desserts from fast food places normal have MUCH more than that. They are loaded with fat, lack good amounts of fiber, have high amounts of sugar and sodium, normally use meat that is not “organic”, too much cholesterol. The fats are usually trans fats and saturated fats. There is tons of sugar in soda which is high fructose corn syrup. There is also MSG. 500 character limit. Too many things too count?
