It's not gonna be very detailed because I only get one myself but here anyway, I use MaxiMuscle's magazine which, I believe is bi-monthly, and I basically just bought something from them once and they keep sending me a free magazine with their latest products in but it also contains some of the best info and training guides I have ever seen, they really do seem to cut the crap out, so whilst I may not necessarily use their products any more (taste wasnt too nice, urgh!) I can't fault them on their advice and tips, really top notch stuff and free.
References :
I'm a personal trainer.

Muscle and fitness is pretty good. It goes into detail about exercises and nutrition plans that work. If you already know a lot about fitness though, it can get a little bit monotonous. If that is the case, I would recommend a more advanced bodybuilding magazine like flex, if that's what you are going for.
